How IRL works

The basics

IRL helps you keep real friendships close. Make a plan, invite friends, coordinate arrival when it's happening, and capture the moment when you're together.

Make a plan — anything from ice cream to a night out. The bar is intentionally low.
Invite friends — they get an invite and can RSVP.
Coordinate arrival — share when you're on the way so nobody's left wondering.
Capture the moment — snap a photo during the plan; it's shared with the plan's group, including friends who couldn't make it, in the plan recap.

FAQ

How do I make a plan?

Tap the create button on the Calendar tab, add a title, time, and place, then invite the friends you want there.

How do I add friends?

Find friends through your contacts, or connect with people you've met at the same plan. Friending is mutual — you both agree.

How do I share my arrival?

When a plan is approaching, you can opt in to share that you're on your way. It's temporary and only visible to that plan's participants — there's no persistent location tracking.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account.
